Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation Overview
At Swami Ajay Publication, orders are prepared for shipment shortly after being placed. We understand plans may change, and we offer order cancellations within the guidelines below. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Cancellation Eligibility
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
- Once an order enters the processing or shipped stage, it cannot be cancelled.
- E-book orders cannot be cancelled once the digital file has been delivered/downloaded.
How to Request a Cancellation
- Log in to your account and go to My Orders, then select Request Cancellation.
- Alternatively, email us at [email protected] or call +91 93549 18195 with your Order ID.
- Our team will verify your order status and confirm whether cancellation is still possible.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. COD orders cancelled before dispatch will not attract any charges.
Cancellation by Swami Ajay Publication
We reserve the right to cancel an order if a book is out of stock or discontinued, payment could not be verified, or incorrect pricing/product information was displayed due to a technical error. In all such cases, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
