Returns Overview
At Swami Ajay Publication, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help. We offer a 7-day return window for eligible physical books from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility Criteria
- The book must be unused and in its original condition, with no writing, marks, or damage.
- The book must be returned in its original packaging.
- E-books, once delivered/downloaded, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Books
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong title, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide your order number along with clear photographs of the book and packaging. Upon verification, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Return Process

- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Pack the book securely and ship it back. We recommend a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for books lost during return transit.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Except in cases where a book arrives damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
